Orders and Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your package heads out for its cozy journey.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $75 ship free!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Puzzle Pantry ships within the U.S. only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, email us ASAP at hello@puzzlepantry.shop and we’ll do our best. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
If something wasn’t what you expected, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Once a puzzle or kit is opened, we can’t take it back (every piece matters!)
What if my items are damaged or defective?
If your package arrived any less than perfect, email us at hello@thepuzzlepantry.shop within 48 hours with photos and our team will reach out as soon as possible.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
